Welcome to Dark Rift, developed by Nutstick Games.
By creating an account or playing Dark Rift, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the game.
1. Your Account
- You are responsible for your account and everything that happens while using it.
- Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
2. Fair Play
Dark Rift is designed to be a competitive multiplayer game.
To keep the game fair for everyone, you may not:
- Use cheats, hacks or modified game clients.
- Exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use bots or automated software.
- Interfere with the game's servers or network.
- Reverse engineer or modify the game.
3. Respect Other Players
Players are expected to behave respectfully.
Do not:
- Harass or threaten others.
- Use offensive or discriminatory language.
- Impersonate another player or Nutstick Games staff.
- Intentionally disrupt the experience of other players.
4. Game Content
All characters, heroes, monsters, pets, artwork, music, sounds, animations, code, logos and other game content belong to Nutstick Games unless otherwise stated.
Playing the game does not give you ownership of these assets.
5. Game Updates
Dark Rift is an evolving game.
We may:
- Add or remove features.
- Balance heroes.
- Modify monsters or pets.
- Adjust gameplay mechanics.
- Reset rankings.
- Perform maintenance.
- Fix exploits.
- Change rewards.
6. Virtual Items
Virtual currencies, cosmetics, heroes, pets and other in-game content have no real-world monetary value.
They cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly allowed by Nutstick Games.
7. Early Development
Some versions of Dark Rift may be released as Alpha, Beta or Early Access.
During development:
- Features may change.
- Bugs are expected.
- Progress may be reset.
- Servers may be unavailable.
- Content may be removed or replaced.
8. Account Suspension
Nutstick Games may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account that violates these Terms or attempts to harm the game or its community.
Serious violations include, but are not limited to:
- Cheating
- Exploiting
- Account trading
- Fraud
- Repeated abusive behaviour
9. Service Availability
We do our best to keep Dark Rift available.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Servers may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical issues
- Security incidents
- Unexpected outages
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Dark Rift evolves.
The latest version will always be available at: Terms of Use
By continuing to play the game after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
